Am 14. und 15. September 2023 findet an der Universität Zürich die deutschsprachige Tagung "Digitalität, Kultur, Sprache: theoretische Modellierung und empirische Annäherung aus linguistischer Perspektive" mit Keynote-Vorträgen von Prof. Dr. Andreas Hepp und Prof. Dr. Konstanze Marx statt. An der Tagung wird nach den Auswirkungen einer kulturwissenschaftlichen Theoretisierung des Begriffs Digitalität auf das Erforschungen «digitaler» Kommunikation und die Linguistik als Ganzes gefragt. Es sind sowohl Beiträge mit einer stärker theoretischen als auch empirisch-methodologischen Ausrichtung hoch willkommen. On 14 and 15 September 2023, the German-language conference "Digitality, Culture, Language: Theoretical Modelling and Empirical Approaches from a Linguistic Perspective" will take place at the University of Zurich with keynote lectures by Prof. Dr. Andreas Hepp and Prof. Dr. Konstanze Marx. The conference will explore the implications of a cultural studies theorisation of the concept of digitality for the study of "digital" communication and linguistics as a whole. Contributions with a stronger theoretical as well as empirical-methodological orientation are highly welcome.
